Aunt Betty was the heart of our family. She was the oldest and the matriarch as well. She was a source of strength and much love for all of us. We respected and loved her so much. She had so much wisdom to offer and we were so blessed to have her as our beloved aunt. I will miss hearing her laugh and calling me darlin.

1 Corinthians 13:4- 8 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. My sweet Granny Bee was all of this. We loved her dearly and will continue to be inspired by her sense of adventure. Much love from the Stanfield/Downie family: Roger, Paula, Beth, Josh, Wesley,
